If you don’t have enough design requests to fill the month’s queue, you can pause your subscription at any time, saving all of your unused subscription time.
Billing is based on a 30 day cycle. If your subscription is paused 15 days into the month, we’ll pause your billing cycle, and you’ll have 15 days of service remaining that you can use at any point in the future (and start a new project that same day).
